SMS Terms & Consent

1. Program Description

By texting a participating Restaurant's dedicated ordering number, or by providing your mobile number at a Restaurant's web checkout or at an in-person self-service kiosk, you agree to receive automated text messages for:

• Transactional Updates (default): order confirmations, preparation status, pickup/delivery notifications, and receipts.
• Customer Support: help with menu questions or order issues.

2. Promotional Messages (Optional)

Promotional messages (discounts/offers) are sent only if you separately opt in (for example, by checking an unchecked box during checkout or by replying YES to a specific opt-in prompt).

Consent to receive promotional messages is not required to place an order.

3. Consent Disclosures (TCPA/Carrier)

• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies. If you opt in to promotions, promotional messages are capped at four (4) per month per Restaurant.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
• Not a condition: Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt-Out and Re-Subscribe

If you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and stop sending messages for that Restaurant's program unless you later re-subscribe (e.g., by texting START or completing a new opt-in).

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
